A refreshing clean and crisp Bacchus. Aromas of nettle and Elderflower on the nose, this compliments the delicate herbaceous flavours and green apple on the palate.

Elegant balance of acidity leads to a long finish and pairs perfectly with white meat, pastas or to enjoy on its own. Best served chilled.

Our Bacchus 2023 has been delicately handcrafted using only the best grapes picked from our Vineyard and is made from 100% Bacchus with an ABV of 11.5%.
