FOOD & DRINK

Whilst we take every reasonable precaution, food is prepared in environments where allergens are present and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

Alcohol will only be served to customers aged 18 or over. We may request valid photographic identification.
VINEYARD VISITS, TOURS & EXPERIENCES
Bookings for vineyard tours, tastings and experiences are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:

Amend itineraries due to weather.

Change timings where necessary.

Cancel events where safety or operational reasons require.
If we cancel an event, we will offer either:

An alternative date, or
-
A full refund.
Visitors should wear suitable footwear as vineyard paths may be uneven, muddy or slippery.
Children must remain supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Dogs are welcome only where stated and must remain on a lead.
VENUE HIRE
Venue hire bookings are subject to separate booking agreements where applicable.
Unless otherwise agreed:

A booking is not confirmed until any required deposit has been received.

Final guest numbers may be required before the event.

Outstanding balances must be paid before the event date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.
The person making the booking is responsible for:

Any damage caused by guests.

Ensuring guests behave responsibly.

Complying with licensing laws and venue rules.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or end an event where behaviour places staff, guests or property at risk.
BOOKING CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of booking.
Where no separate agreement exists:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the booking may receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days may be non-refundable unless we are able to rebook the date.

We reserve the right to make reasonable exceptions at our discretion.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers:

Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Must be redeemed before their expiry date where one applies.

Are non-refundable unless required by law.
-
May only be redeemed against eligible products or experiences.
Lost or stolen vouchers may not be replaced.
ONLINE ORDERS
Where products are purchased online:

Orders are subject to acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.

Delivery times are estimates only.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
If products arrive damaged, please contact us promptly with photographs where possible.
EVENTS
Events may occasionally be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in photographs, please notify a member of staff when you arrive.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whitehall Vineyard shall not be liable for:
