Crafted from an outstanding harvest, the 2022 is a delicate Pinot Noir, with the perfect balance of acidity and light tannins.
Harvested from our vineyard in Wiltshire, this wine pairs perfectly with duck and lamb, or simply enjoy on its own. We recommend to serve this wine on the colder side of room temperature. Some English red wines offer a better taste when served chilled and this wine is no exception to that. However, if you prefer your wine wines on the warmer side this wine can do either. ABV: 11.5%

HARVEST DETAILS | Picked from our Cuckobush block, east facing facing slope with chalk and loamy soils. Single Guyot trellis system with 4,100 vines per hectare. The 2021 harvest produced an average sized crop with good ripeness and crisp acidity. |
